Block a Reviewer

At any time, if you're not satisfied with a reviewer, you can block them from your Team. That means that when you run another Review Campaign with that same Team, they won't have access to it.

Block a Reviewer via a Review Campaign

1. Navigate to your Review Campaigns page.
2. Find the relevant Review Campaign.
3. Click on "Details" on the relevant Review Campaign card.
4. Under "Reviews & Feedback" or "Participants", find the reviewer you want to block.
5. Click on the green arrow next to their name/review.
6. Click "Block Reviewer"
7. Add a reason why you're blocking that reviewer.
8. Report that user to Booksprout if necessary.

Block a Reviewer via the Reviews & Feedback page

1. Navigate to your Reviews & Feedback page.
2. Find the relevant review or feedback.
3. Click on the green arrow next to their review.
4. Click "Block Reviewer"
5. Add a reason why you're blocking that reviewer.
6. Report that user to Booksprout if necessary.

Block a Reviewer via their Profile

1. Via either a Review Campaign or the Reviews & Feedback page, click on the name of a Reviewer.
2. On the Reviewer page, scroll to the "Teams" section
3. Next to the Team you want to block the Reviewer from, click on the green arrow.
4. Click "Block" from the drop-down menu.
5. Add a reason why you're blocking that reviewer.
6. Report that user to Booksprout if necessary.

Unblock a Reviewer

You can unblock a reviewer by following the same steps as all the methods above, but simply clicking on "Unblock" instead of "Block".

You can also unblock a reviewer via your Manage Team page, which is what we'll show you how to do in this tutorial.

1. Navigate to your Teams page.
2. Find the relevant Team.
3. Click on the "Manage Team" link on the relevant Team card.
4. Scroll or search to find the person you want to unblock.
5. Click on the green arrow next to their profile.
6. Click "Unblock User" from the drop-down menu.
