Invite Readers to Join your Review Team

It's time to start building your Review Team! 

Sharing your Team

If you already have readers you'd like to invite to your Booksprout team, you can do it by sharing your team with them.

1. Navigate to your Teams list page.
2. Find your list on the page.
3. Click on the "Share Team" link.
4. You can copy your unique Team link, open the Team in a new tab or share it via social media.

Inviting Booksprout Users to Join your Team

If there are Booksprout reviewers you have a good relationship with and that you appreciate, you can invite them to your team at any time. There are a few ways to invite readers to your Team. You can do it via the Review page as well as via a Review Campaign. If you would like more information about a reviewer before inviting them to your Team, you can view their reader profile first.

Inviting a Booksprout User on the Reviews page

1. Navigate to your Review & Feeback page.
2. Find the review for the Reviewer you'd like to add to your team.
3. Click on the green arrow on the right side.
4. Select "Invite to Team".
5. Select the Team you want to invite the reader to.

Inviting a Booksprout User via a Review Campaign

1. Navigate to your Review Campaigns page.
2. Find the relevant Review Campaign.
3. Click on "Manage" on the relevant Review Campaign card.
4. Under "Reviews & Feedback" or "Participants", find the reviewer you want to add to your Team.
5. Click on the green arrow on the right side.
6. Select "Invite to Team".
7. Select the Team you want to invite the reader to.
