Add a Virtual Assistant to your Account

If you are on our Bestselling Author or Publisher plans, you will be able to add a virtual assistant to your account. Make sure you trust that person because they will have access to everything on your account, except for your "Settings" section.

Here are a few of the things a virtual assistant can do:

  • Create or update review campaigns
  • Accept/reject team members
  • Invite reviewers to teams
  • Message reviewers
  • Create or update teams
  • Create or update books
  • Create of update pen names
  • More...

Add a Virtual Assistant

  1. Click on your profile picture in the top navigation.
  2. In the dropdown menu, click on "Settings" or navigate to the Settings page.
  3. In the left-side menu, click on "Author Settings".
  4. Add the email address of your virtual assistant.
  5. Click on "Save Virtual Assistant".

Remove a Virtual Assistant

  1. Click on your profile picture in the top navigation.
  2. In the dropdown menu, click on "Settings" or navigate to the Settings page.
  3. In the left-side menu, click on "Author Settings".
  4. Click on "Remove Virtual Assistant".
