How to Switch to an Author Account

If you've created a reader account by mistake or you have recently become an author (congrats!!!) here are the steps to have access to Booksprout author features. (Note: you will still have access to your reader account, it will always be available)

1. Click on your profile picture in the top navigation.
2. In the dropdown menu, click on "Settings" or navigate to the Settings page.
3. In the Settings menu, select "Author Settings".
4. Click the "Add Author Features to My Account"
5. Click on "Yes, add author features".

You will now have a link in the main menu called "Author Area" that will take you to your author dashboard.
