How to Re-Send a Book

If you've tried to download a book but it didn't work out, you can try to re-send the book as many times as you need until you get it. If you have problems accessing the books on other devices, we would recommend using our e-reader to be able to read straight on the website/app.

1. Navigate to My Review Copies page.
2. Between the "Active" and "Due" tabs, find the book you want to read.
3. Click on "Download" below the book card or click on the book card itself to see more details and click on "Download again".
4. Click the download method you would like to try.
