The book didn't arrive on my Kindle
In some cases, readers have reported not receiving a review copy on their Kindle that they requested from Booksprout. If you find yourself in this position, here are some steps you can take.
Usually, a review copy will instantly appear on your Kindle, but sometimes it can take a little bit of time to arrive if our servers or Amazon's servers are busy. If it's been more than 30 minutes you can proceed to one of the next options.
2. Forward the review copy file to your Kindle manually
Every time you use Booksprout's Send to Kindle feature, we also send a duplicate email that contains the review copy files to your account's email address. Simply use your email's forwarding feature to forward that email to your @kindle.com email address and the files will hopefully load onto your Kindle.
Note: This assumes that you're registered as an approved sender for your Kindle. In most cases, you will be already.
3. Try again
Another option is to try sending it to your Kindle again. Head back to the review copy on Booksprout and follow these instructions on how to download it again.
