The book didn't arrive on my Kindle
In some cases, readers have reported not receiving a review copy on their Kindle that they requested from Booksprout. If you find yourself in this position, here are some steps you can take.
Step 1 - Wait
Usually, a review copy will instantly appear on your Kindle, but sometimes it can take a little bit of time to arrive if our servers or Amazon's servers are busy. If it's been more than 30 minutes you can proceed to one of the next options.
Step 2 - Re-send the book
If the book didn't show up and you did not receive an error message from Amazon, we recommend re-sending the book. You can follow this tutorial to re-send your book file.
Step 3 - Try a different method
If the book file still doesn't load on your Kindle, you may want to try a different method of sending it. Head back to the review copy on Booksprout and follow these instructions on how to download it again. You can try downloading the book file directly on your device instead or reading on the Booksprout website.
