The book didn't arrive on my Kindle
In some cases, readers have reported not receiving a review copy on their Kindle that they requested from Booksprout. If you find yourself in this position, here are some steps you can take.
Step 1 - Wait
Usually, a review copy will instantly appear on your Kindle, but sometimes it can take a little bit of time to arrive if our servers or Amazon's servers are busy. If it's been more than 30 minutes you can proceed to one of the next options.
Step 2 - Forward the review copy file to your Kindle manually
To send the file to your Kindle manually, follow this tutorial to re-send your book file and select the "Send by email" method instead. Once the email arrives in your inbox with the book file attached, forward that email to your Kindle email address. Make sure your email address is already added to your approved senders.
Step 3 - Try again
Another option is to try sending it to your Kindle again. Head back to the review copy on Booksprout and follow these instructions on how to download it again.
